The next update, due any time now, will introduce a new Armor Reforging system, allowing you to permanently change the look of your armor.

Due to popular demand after the release of the Weapon Reforge System, I am happy to announce the new Armor Reforge system. Armor can now be "reforged" to look like other armor of the same type. So, you are wearing the full Equinox chain quest set but you love the look of something else? It's just 5 steps away.

Q. Can I reforge my plate armor with cloth or mail armor?
A. No, you can only use the same type of armor. If you are reforging a plate helm, you must use another plate helm.

Q. Can I reforge my armor with a costume piece of the same type, like reforge my plate helm with a costume hat?
A. No, it's not possible.

Q. Can I reforge a costume item to look like another costume?
A. No, this system is exclusively for armor.

Q. What if I don't like the result?
A. You should always equip and check the armor you are using as the skin before you reforge. Make sure you like it before reforging.

Q. What if I get bored of the look and want the original back?
A. You can't for the moment but I might add an option to the NPC to remove reforges at a later date.
