I'm wonder , why all complain of the cd and CH 30% pots , When now have tons different potion like --
Honey Dish -20% hp (10 sec cd )
Cool christmas Icing 25% hp (10 sec cd )
Jumbled Soup - 25% hp/mp (10 sec cd )
Witch elixir 25% hp/mp (10sec cd )
Christmas soup -25% mp (10sec cd )
Rainbow Rice Cake 30% mp (10 sec cd )
why do we ever get this and now complain abouth ch pots .
Im agre ,must have mp pots to .
but with that many different pots ( who not every one can have ,coz is really hard to find party ) .
I hope this ones get disabled . and CH pots to stay that how is it + chanse to drop MP . Or bether MP to be at WGH . Or how u decide !
And i'm agre with Ray , we use them not only in pvp , at pve going some time mutch more then at battle .

Yeah, but for insane dungeons you need a party if you want to finish it in a reasonable amount of time (gonna ignore the people who wanna waste pots to solo, since that defeats the purpose of farming). Then you need to split loot. Then if you want to continue farming, every single person needs to use a reset (which are so expensive cos tears went up in price!).

CH was so nice to farm because it can be done by almost every dps-er with reasonable expenditure of buffs, plus most of the loot is useful.

Insane dungeons are more troublesome.. cos even getting parties for the insane dailies can be a pain now. Some days you can mega for more than half an hour just to get your pt. Plus the loot is frankly, kinda crap. E.g. LI, I think mentioned earlier in this thread, no one really uses the weapons from there (or if they do, it's just temporary and they won't pay much for it) and the only thing worth it is the RT (seen it drop like once in my NS iris life....)

Anyway my point is that it's still a reduction in the droprate for people who farm CH for pots -- is this intended? People who go to each dungeon once for dailies will have an increase/maintain depending on how many they go for, since they have more chances.

(PS. I love that they're becoming tradable)

Still haven't decided fully how this will work. At the moment it's a chance of getting MP or HP but I might make them separate drops so you get both. But even if it's left as it is, you still have more chances to get them now since it's not only CH last boss dropping them, it's the insane bosses too. Sure you can't solo them (can you?) but I don't really care so much since this is an MMO.

I suppose I could drop the 5% pots since they are kinda useless but I do like the combine idea and it would be a nice bonus for high level alchemists, so maybe I will leave them in. The pots are all tradable so it's one more thing to farm and trade.

Yeh I should add them to LI/DI too.

I'll think more on the drop rate and how many pots drop but I was thinking 100% because there will be a chance you only get 5% HP or MP pots, it won't always be 30% pots.

So does that mean now there is 100% chance of some kind of pot dropping in CH? And that kind of pot will be 5/10/20/30% HP and/or MP?

Doesn't that mean the droprate for 30% pots will go from 50% to 25%? (and that's assuming equal chance of dropping each size)

I like that there will be MP pots dropping. Much needed source of mana pots for dps-ers.

But for HP, respectfully... what do you expect us to do with a 5% HP pot? Ahaha. If I have 50k HP then that is like, 2.5k HP...

Can I suggest that if you go down this path, there is a recipe that allows us to combine 5%+10%+20% pots to become a 30% pot? Retail used to have this for SGH (VH) pots.

Well maybe add pots with 100% rate to kinda harder dungeons like LI/DI. Those 2 dungeons are useful only for quests now. Weapons are useless no. There is not any good drop except RT but rate is so low.

some healer use ailment and other HP pots tho . ailment alots ? u can stay alive so long in BF for sure . every BF i just spend 1 ailment . skill ? and yes im using my healer skill to stay alive , as much skill as i can . as many skill from healer as i can

Calm down folks, they still drop from CH as before, I just made a mistake with my post :P

They will drop at 100% chance from Payaso in CH and Insane, and 10% from other bosses in Insane as well as all the others I mentioned, including ToAH last boss which is easy mode for most of you.

Oh and they will also be tradable so doesn't matter if your in a party, you can just share them out if you wish.

i think drop rate of 30% HP in CH is fine already! now i usually spam CH 4-5 times and only 1 time i can get 30% HP.
if u decrease drop rate of it, it means u have to spam about 10-15 time to get the 30% HP

and 5% and 10% HP pot for what? while vanq or ww can hit about 40-50k HP, so recovery 5k and 10k HP is useless

finally, cd of 30% HP is 10s now, maybe too short, but 30s is too long, i think it should be 12~15s

Yeah, I die in BF, I'll admit to it. Who doesn't? Sorry when I get stunned/ganked I can't really do much to stay alive. Even if I used 30% pots lol. Healer's aren't meant to take damage well. I'm not a tanker, iixxvii. :/

I have more than a set as well, its been like that for a long time. Its like saying you dont need Nirenia, you have Phasewalk anyway. But we still use Nirenia.

Hi Nora, sometimes natural skills are not enough. that's why we use pots/mounts/etc. PVE, yes rely on your skills (esp for healers), but in PVP... I don't think so.

I usually don't complain about changes and we usually just get used to them but really.. removing those pots form CH and adding those pots to world bosses yeah might be fun for some for those who can actually kill them but what with the rest of us? I don't have op friends to go kill those bosses and I guess I am not the only one so how is this going to add balance to the game? those pots are what helped me alot to survive in bf and the circus was the only place to get them

*laughs* Personally, I dont use that many pots in BF. In fact recently I havent potted.
I use potions more in PvE, especially when some healers heal in CI then take aggro--then die and Im left with 1001 painful mobs with no protection~

I dont even see people major potting in BF anymore, not sure where you're coming from, but usually people just die left and right to begin with. Infact the only people who dont die due to pots, are Templars.

it's kinda unfair for healer because we cannot farm them alone. we have to drag someone and that's like -50% chance of getting the pot. some of us can't use dual client so we have no choice. idk, but seems unfair. :

There's a reason why pots are being farmed. and it is to be used in battle. Lucky you you're a healer and doesnt depend on pots while being ganked with 10001 itds. Be considerate on your post.

Ehh? before I didnt complain on 30% hp and 50% hp pots removal from May (Tear trader) and now with the low drop rate of pots in CH it would be removed also? LOL.

Sedy I think the change to the CD does make a huge difference but they don't drop that easy and maybe reduce the drop rate some more. but putting them in world bosses might be a little too long of a stretch and will tip the balance but it is out a lot farm the insane dungeons also and it helps the healers out a lot while they're in party with people.

I don't use CH pots actually, and I am a healer. I'm too lazy to duel log to get pots :P
There are many many other pots/combination of pots other than just relying on CH pots tbh.
It'll make BF's a lot more fair, it won't be who can pot the fastest/or who has many CH pots. It'll acually rely on SKILL, come on I know you guys have it :P

30% Potions at 10 sec cooldown will be changed to 30 seconds -- okay fair enough. 10 seconds is too short anyway.

CH will no longer drop potions = And why? CH is the last dungeon that everybody can run without the need for being too well geared. Its not like its 100% drop rate as well, I myself when I farm 5 CHs I only get 1 drop when Im lucky. Why not make the quantity different? Instead of 10, drop 3? Or perhaps increase the cost of Resets? Tears are so expensive now anyway, especially with the new voting system.

Do they all share the same cool down even? If they do, then I find it quite pointless.

I don't know where you're heading Sedy. In PvP, we can die in ONE combo from ANY class except for a healer. The pot, unevens the scale and makes it more exciting and frustrating at the same time.

Personally Im against this because CH is one of the things i actually enjoy, and I know a few people too.

If I came out rude, Im sorry. Im a bit---annoyed at how the game is progressing towards wherein a solo player cant even just spam farm stuff for the sake of fun.

As you said "Some of us". Some of us actually DO need the MP ones as well, and the fact that they are introduced doesn't necessarily mean that the HP ones will have a lower drop rate.
