There will be another large database cleanup in a few weeks time and any characters below level 75 that have not been logged in for more than 5 years will be deleted from the database.

At present, this will result in the deletion of 36,533 characters, freeing up a lot of resources and improving the quality and stability of the game server, and also freeing up character names.

This will likely become a regular part of the weekly or monthly maintenance to keep the database lean and to free up character names.

What will be deleted?
Characters level 1-74

What is the criteria?
Not logged in for 5 years or more.
Not a guild leader.

How can I prevent my character from being deleted?
Just log your character into the game. This will update it's last used timestamp and prevent it from being included in this mass deletion.
