We just buffed up the new starter pack you get when you make a new character.

New characters now get the following items:

Beginner's Horse mount (7 Days)
Remote Convenience Scroll (7 Days): Use the bank, postbox and warehouse wherever you are in the world.
General Transformation Card Box I: A box of monster transformation cards.
Free Mapmove Scroll (7 Days): Move to any location in the world.
Magic Megaphone (7 Days): Shout to the entire server.
Wanted Paper Collection: A box of Wanted Paper daily quest starters.
Beginner's Weapon Box: A box that gives a random weapon upto Epic quality.
Novice Armor Box: A box that gives a random piece of armor upto Epic quality.
Heros Noble Steed (7day): An extra 7 day mount. Don't use it until your other one runs away!
