There is a train going around Roszak's Playground area inside Pianye Cirus Troupe Dungeon. ...is it possible to tweak that train so that players can hop inside and ride it?

and also, can we be able to climb the stairs on the towers next to where Rozsak is placed? Sorry for my spelling errors on things, but the temptation was the great D:
