Shields were restricted to tank classes some time ago because we used to have all the melee classes tanking most stuff, locking tankers out of their job, but I doubt that will happen now, not with the endgame content at least, so it's fine to unlock them I think.

Lol gonna see everyone with shield go into pvp and become immortal lol. All shield should have that restriction so no one can abuse the abs and reflect it has lol.

I do agree with vulcan. Shield should be for tank only, thats why call a tank. Sedy remove drain hp from weapon, coz want make others class cant tank some dungeon anymore. Idk why still need make others class can use it. its will like old time when all melee can tank again using shield and some mons card

idk, i feel its a bit unfair that everyone can use other weapons of liskI expect shield xD by that logic, you can make a healer as dps with liskI staff xD, but i doubt someone like crusader will tank catacombs, they simply just wont keep their aggro up or will take too much damage and make the party fail :3 also with namazu weapons o3o (just stated my opinion about this)
