Sadly no. :| Vanquisher is one of the most underused class if not the most. It's because ITD(ignore target's def was fixed which was needed to be done) and the class picks player, not the other way around. Even though Sedy has increased their power recently and there were lots of Berserkers, Vanq's 2nd class, in the old days, Vanq is still considered a hard class to play because of ITD change, mostly not entirely.

PS: I'm not trying to discourage you, but truth hurts. But try to come up with your own build, maybe you can be the most feared Vanq here.

My understanding is that it's hard to play because you need timing patterns on your skills, but if you do have that you do very well. But it's more difficult than simply spamming a debuff (which some of the more popular classes do) because it's a non-fixed combi.
I think it has a bunch of potential and I do wanna try it.. but yeah don't think there's a guide out there... also cos I think because of the non-fixed thing, people might not wanna share what they spent a long time to develop XD

Vanq has a super slow attack speed and long CD skills. That is the weakness of the class I believe. However due to all kinda buff, it makes Vanq more of a burst type dps. If you want to be great with Vanq, learn how to group PvP. If you have a good amount of support, Vanq is just a plain monster when it comes to killing (yes even with the ITD nerf). If build properly + good support, Vanq can easily hit 10~25k for quite a long amount of time (if not wanna say all the time) and we all know that from 10~25k is just ridiculous in BF nowaday because of % Potion removal.

It is harder to Solo as a Vanq because before you can do anything people will be flying away and leave you in dust due to the lack of debuff. Thats why support is important for Vanq. Timing is another aspect that you will need to work on due to the fact of lacking debuff. Other than that, Vanq is fairly good in PvE due to the ITD (almost always on ITD whether its temporary buff or ITD skill) which generate more dmg than other physic classes (well depend on dungeons but you know what I mean)
