Oh gawd i just hope im on the right place.. (Sorry if im not)

Allright, here i am, I joined noscrubs a couple days ago ( Started playing iris and its pretty fun so far)
so and yea.. i think have some problems with voteing for some reason, when i tryed to voteing for tears on the first day, my character still was around level 10-20 and it gave me this message:
"Error!
The character doesn't exist or is not high enough level to vote!
Please refresh the browser and try again."

So i was like allright.. my character probably is not high enough to vote yet, so i kept on leveling up \o/..
So i leveled up for 2 days, now im level 65, but for some odd reason i still keep getting the same thing..

Do i need to be level 75 to vote or is something wrong with my character?

Do you think anyone can help me pleass
