I suggest to add Newbie support system.

To make them got interest in here offer:

1) Every 10 lvl send a box which contains beginner items with unique stats: weap and gears +10 and accessories w/o effect. It will be gone in 7 days.

2) On lvl 100 give them wings and costume + mount (100% 0 sec) lasts 7 days also

So people will have fun while lvling and wont die in 1 hit of old players. Also this items will let them feel difference between ungeared chars and chars which has all.. Maybe it will make them want to donate to get all of whose faster and people will stay here w/o feeling hard time at begin...
