Well remember we have to follow certain rules in every community and Iris noscrubs its not an exception, so better to keep it clean in every chat. Even if you decide to blacklist, there might be other players who see it as well, new players for example which would just give to the server a bad look. Sometimes theres a need for an example, so people stop that kind of commentaries. And remember that theres a difference between trashtalk, and making it to harassment. Also be careful with your tongue, might end biting it by mistake.

Punishment should be imposed only if the interests of the collective are actually violated and if the violator openly and deliberately commits this violation, ignoring the requirements of the collective.
How many times can warn players? They do this all the time. I do see a lot of nonsense in megaphone chat. A lot of people are tired of it. If you want respect, don't start with an insult. I consider the ban deserved.

Hey if you cant handle the people who kept spamming your dm's in discord for reports if i were you should just delete the blacklist system and besides wdym by young players are you this delusional now there are no "new players" playing your game. That's why I asked for a ban because you just went straight banning them not even a warning happened and besides it's not their fault that people have fragile minds for getting triggered at trashtalking

Dude I know you are not as toxic as Migs, but you should understand there are points were people should be told to stop. And I told you before they went that way, I told you clearly tell Migs to not go too toxic and crazy. And he went beyond being toxic and did something really nasty to Aya and other players, the other part was that he used the shout channel as well. And just as other people said, its not normal to go harassing people, I dont see how can they feel superior by using that language. They just give a bad image to their kind. And as I said before, stay classy its so simple and easy to do.
Also Migs was reported many times before about the way he express, so its not the first time.
And this should work as an excellent example for the community that you cant go saying anything you want and get away with it. There was a need for an example to stop this kind of language.

ya i know what you feel about this but all we wanted was a perma chat restriction not a ban hammer but i just find this unfair since we donated and supported the game but come in realization it was just a waste of time and money playing this game if you get banned by this easily

Please don't mistake donating or how long you have played here as an immunity to punishments for breaking server rules. Whatever some of you might think about it/me, it's irrelevant. Donating gets you currency that you can spend in the game - it grants you no favours from me. I am not corrupt. Maybe I should be like most other servers and grab what I can however I can, but that is not how I operate. The server would not still be online after 9 years if I were.

Also, I want to make something known for everyone else reading this. You (Chair) were not banned because of the behaviour the other weekend, as you well know. I received absolutely no proof of you saying anything ban-worthy, as I explained to you at the time. Your accounts were disabled because you insisted on it. I was in absolutely no mood to try and placate you after all the stuff being thrown at me that day by you and your buddies, and so I complied with your wishes and disabled your accounts.

Continuing to include yourself as part of this mess out of some strange loyalty to these people that haven't even attempted to make things right is not helping you. They clearly don't have language barrier issues going by what I saw in those screenshots and on Discord, so it's not as though they cannot speak for themselves if they wanted to. All I have seen from them is further insults and nonsense on Discord until you were all banned from there too.

As for them, they will remain permanently banned. Absolutely end of discussion on that.
I know they have other accounts/characters - and if I see this behaviour continued they will very likely lose those accounts too.

As for you Chair, it's is up to you really. I just need to know that you acknowledge and understand what I have said and that this kind of thing will be avoided in the future. I don't expect you to control what your guild members or friends say or do, but if you continue to include yourself in this and add fuel to the fire with comments on here and Discord and who knows where else, I would have to decline any request to re-enable your accounts.

Maybe since you speak for them, you could offer an apology to those it affected, and promise that it won't happen again, on their behalf.

As for my side I was not really banned (now don't go saying I got unbanned because I was donating lol) I asked for the ban because I felt that it was a unruly decision that my guild received this ban hammer. I also apologize on my comments about this discussion that I was playing victim in this matter, hoping being fake banned will change the tide in our favor but it seems it went south, all we wanted was a perma chat mute but I never expected to go this far about this matter. Also I am deeply sorry about my guild being ultra toxic to the people who were targeted and the newbies reading the yell channel chat in game we were just having fun and never expected that this kind of thing happened, as for me and my guild mates our attitude will never change but rest assured we will not go this far for trashtalk again(I think can't just forcefully control my guild mates for this lel xd). I hope the players old or new will forgive us on our wrong doings and move on from all of this negativity.
