Bugged guild Exp and pts

Greeting...

This is Icewolves Guild Leader of Devils Own, i would like to report about what to our guild skill pts, we leveled from 37 to 38 but we didnt get any points, and when you did the server reset our exp from 40% goes down to 0 again, i dont have any supporting document for this but your free to compute our guild points if you wish and trace back our data.

You guys have 76 guild skill points which is correct for a level 38 guild. 2 points per level.

Hi Sedy, I'm Livinia, guild leader of Immortals Guild here on NS Iris. Going by your points system of 2 points per level. My guild would have 60 points at lvl 30. but we don't, can you look into this. My Elder provided me with screenshots to help you.

I have just fixed this for you but it might now show up straight away or even until a server restart.
