Can't create my game account

There was this error message "Account not created, for some reason..." after clicking the "Create Account" button to create my first game account. I also tried this link "http://noscrubs.net/community/my-account/irisaccount/create-new-iris-account" but still the same error occurs. Please help.

Hey ExtremeAI. Did you put the CAPTCHA code correctly?
Also for your password, are you sure you didn't start it with a capital letter? And also, some special symbols you cannot use for your password either.
Try making an account with a simple password, but a proper email address and then when it is created, go under "update password" and change it to something else, more complicated if you wish.

Hi Galadriel,

I'm pretty sure I filled in the correct CAPTCHA, and for my password there were no special characters and capital letters. Maybe its because my password is more than 15 characters? or my account name starts with a capital letter?
But anyway I was able to create my account by reducing my password's length into less than 10 character and my account name into a lowercase format.

Yes you can't have a password above 16 characters I thought. You say 15?

im having a bit of a problem also o.o i cant log into iris online. even though i put the username and password correctly it still wont let me log in

@Daniel you need to create a game account, after you create your site account. Did you do that?
