We will not be adding an NPC like that. This topic has already been discussed in the past in the Suggestion threads. The admins came to the conclusion that those who donated a substantial amount (full moolah cards donated for) can receive a special discount for the cards. By paying the discounted fee, they would be given the same cards in their gift box. This is limited to those who have donated a good amount.

What wolfstien said about when we changed the cards from V to VI, we did actually let some people that had just bought them to change them for only the difference, just didn't think it right to do so when some people had bought them months before. Anyway if we can move to that way maybe, see if somebody wants an upgrade and work around the difference that is a step to start. But it might only be something for people who really have helped the server, since donators have said in the past that they don't have anything unique. You might not get something that makes you different and the game unfair from other people, but you can get rights like exchanging your cards for the difference, and other things that I can't mention now, they aren't thought through yet."
