if you think about it, reflect > dmg absorb. soo.....

because someone will whine about it that isnt a champion.
same reason sniper cd are so slow making having attackspeed on them dumb.
if you have high attack speed on sniper you can run through entire skill set and will be waiting few sec to find a skill to be able to use (basically auto attack till cd)
then they nerf autoattack on sniper because someone who isnt a sniper complain about it.

umm....ok. is that the same reason why mages still use gcasting even tho they already have insane cast speed? you know...whine....i understand tho

mage are slow you have to sacrifice alot of stuff to get cast speed. gcast will always be just a glitch in game for both physical and magic user alike

slow?? you guys cast insanely fast even without gcast. i seen it done. gcasting is faster tho... oh well..i'll never know since i dont have a mage....thanks.

have to piece together unmatched gear and use pots to get fast.
have to give up defense to get it with cloak costume etc.
