This is not possible. With these seals you are given the chance to re-use or sell your costume, be that an epic one or normal but full of your cards.

from my point, if costume seal changed to tears, there is gonna be tons of used-costume been sale on auction, and costume price will be for sure died. And tears will be more available for other use cause of people getting it via gold rather using his/her own tears.

so my suggest would be, just reduce the moolah price or something so basically its more economic to buy for sealing your moolah costume of course.
