Creating your own Costume Set

Okay, question:

Is it possible to create your own clothing pieces for the game?

I saw a few costume sets made by a specific person (which were GORGEOUS for the record) and I was wondering if that's possible for anyone with the right inspiration/artistic drive. I'd really appreciate any information on this! I know it's an unlikely request, but figured I'd never know unless I asked

I'm especially looking to make an Attack on Titan costume for my dualswordist Jaeger (i know it's incredibly dorky but uwahh its so funny) and would love to share it with others once I've got it looking right ^.^

if you mean the pic thats in my post, thats my signature lol I change it to random pictures ive drawn.
the pic I was referring to isnt finished yet xP still drawing a couple more "costumes"

Its kinda funny that I see this .w. cuz for the art contest im kinda making costumes. Like the reindeer shushu thing one, but with other random mob monsters and my characters are wearing them :T
I would love to make mob related costumes for sillyness c:

This is more like a trans card. It is not a good costume on characters.
