dimmish our restarting pc

While I'm playing, sometimes one of these two cases occurs:
1-It is all blurry screen, that even outside the game continues. Only restarting the PC to come back.

or

2-a blue screen appears and the PC restarts.

If anyone knows how to solve, I thank you ;)

    What are your computer's specifications? Ram, Video Card, Processor? Is it a laptop/notebook?

    The first thing I would check, especially if it's a laptop, is the heat. If it's overheating it can cause a blue screen. Give it a clean and get rid of any dust buildup.
