If your having problems you can click on the Help button on the donation screen and any failed transactions will be listed there. Click on the Start an Enquiry link next to it and describe your problem and they will get back to you with any information.

I was also wondering if you could make ukash possible for Canadian users, this would make it much more easier rather then having to go through the change currency hassle.

the donating system is kinda standard, i live in Australia, and when i donate i pay like an extra 20-50 dollars when im donating, it sucks but just something have to deal with lol

I just checked ukash and I can only add price points in US Dollars. Sorry.

There's a lot more options now though, thank you! Finally managed to get Ukash to work after talking to their customer service.

Yeh I went through it again yesterday and turned on some more stuff that was somehow disabled. They like to mess with my setup sometimes.
