From the top of my head it's using the drop chance of the person who loots, so it depends on what loot system you have on. If it's master, it will use the raid/party leaders drop bonus, if it's round robin, it will use whoever's turn it is to loot, if it's need & greed or free for all, it will use whoever opens the chest.

Melee get 0.5 Physical Attack Power per point of Strength and 0.25 per point of Agility
Melee get 0.25 Magic Attack Power per point of Int and 0.12 per point of Wisdom (ie, Myrmidon who has magic melee skills)

Ranged get 0.5 Physical Attack Power per point of Agility and 0.25 per point of Strength

Casters get 0.5 Magic Attack Power per point of Intelligence and 0.25 per point of Wisdom

Healers get 0.5 Heal per point of Wisdom and 0.12 per point of Intelligence


1 point of Stamina gives:
1.5 Physical Defense
7 Max HP
0.8 HP Recovery
0.8 Weight

1 point of Strength gives:
1.5 Physical Defense
0.02 Physical Crit
0.1 Physical Hit
0.6 Physical Evasion
1.2 Weight
0.02 Physical Protection

1 point of Agility gives:
0.1 Physical Crit
0.1 Physical Hit
0.1 Physical Evasion
0.1 Physical Protection

1 point of Intelligence gives:
1.5 Magic Defense
0.1 Magic Crit
5 Max MP
0.2 HP Recovery
0.8 MP Recovery
0.1 Magic Hit
0.1 Magic Evasion
0.1 Magic Protection

1 point of Wisdom gives:
1.5 Magic Defense
0.02 Magic Crit
3 Max MP
0.2 MP Recovery
0.2 Magic Hit
0.06 Magic Evasion
0.02 Magic Protection
