MAAT asking to raise drop chance of random pieces in dungeons for Legendaries, if party not full or if not all have Quest... like for every missed person or person who dont have quest +5% of chance.

Sorry but I will have to decline that request. These are legendary items that are supposed to be difficult and time consuming to obtain. I already made it so there is a chance of getting a piece if you have the quest and increased that chance just days ago. I think it's reasonable as it is now.
