So I'm going to post some video links here that show the differences between human and elf AoE's, namely Meteor Shower (Elf) vs Discharge Effect (Human) vs Blizzard (Human) vs Black Hole (Human)

In the first video, it shows that Meteor Shower 1 is hitting 7 times in 6 seconds. In the second video, it shows Meteor Shower 2 hitting 9 times in 8 seconds. In the third video, it shows Discharge Area hitting 5 times in 8 seconds, Blizzard hitting 6 times in 10 seconds, and Black Hole hitting 4 times in 6 seconds.

However, Meteor Shower, Discharge Area, and Blizzard all have skill descriptions that says they should hit once every second, and Black Hole says once every tick. The cast speed and attack speed are higher on the human that it is on either elf, as well. I'm wondering if this is a problem in the game's coding. But hopefully a GM can explain this one
