Lowbies can participate fine, see what xGuardian says above.
If you are a low lowbie just now leveling: Just gather whatever you can for your level from boxes, and we'll figure out then what we'll do with you.
Just send to my mail the boxes you get if you're a lowbie and I'm not online. Your level as well so I don't have to dig for it. :P -

GM what happen if someone abuse this event? i mean he/she won already and then change character then complete the requirements again to won again? how can u solve that or is that against the rules? i already won at the event and i sold all my excess stuffs to other players which i don't know if they already won or not and it's kinda unfair for us if they're abusing the event right?..
