State clearly first what is your problem, do not just trail it off like this. Or you can PM the GMs about the problem, and they will respond back as soon as possible. But of course, you can still make a post for GMs to see. Just do not make it vague. ^^

You must complete all the previous lvl 75 CQ's in order to go to lvl 85 ones.

As the people above said, to be able to do the 85 level Chain quests, you need to do the 75 ones first. They are a requirement.
