This is a list of quests that reward additional Skill Points (SP).

About Skills - level 2 - Juke Brix, Kuz Brix, Abel Monkey Tail (1 SP)
Old Medals for SP - level 11 - Shilly Grankine (1 SP)
General Medals for SP - level 20 - Shilly Grankine (1 SP)
Silver Medals for SP - level 30 - Shilly Grankine (1 SP)
Class Advancement - level 30 - Shilly Grankine (1 SP)
Red Gem Like Blood - level 30 - Nojacque (1 SP)
Symbol Of The Warrior - level 35 - Boris Eagle Eye (1 SP)
Gold Medals for SP - level 40 - Shilly Grankine (1 SP)
Purpurea's Secret - level 40 - Nojacque (1 SP)
General Badges for SP - level 50 - Shilly Grankine (1 SP)
Evidence Of Spirit - level 55 - Nojacque (1 SP)
[Dungeon] The Pride of Gerry - level 60 - Juke Brix (1 SP)

If your lvl 85 and u havent done the lowbies quests for SP can u still do them? cus i need SP

I believe that no matter what lv you are at, as long as you have not done the SP quest, it is still there at NPC.

[Dungeon] Conqueror of the Sky - level 60 - Abel Monkey Tail
[Dungeon] A Tiresome Battle - level 60 - Kuz Brix

The quest should open up and become available from Abel after you complete The Pride of Gerry - just tested myself and works fine. Which character are you having the problem on so I can check?

what's the total skill points 1 char should have after completing all the SP quest? I dont know if i miss one quest or something just need to know the TOTAL SKILL POINTS.

You get 2 Skill Points per Skill Level (not including level 1) so if you reach Skill Level 100 you would have 198 Skill Points + any extra you get from the quests mentioned in the above post.
