Just thought i would share this if your interested in making a guild emblem.

This is a good website for editing the pictures you want to use, its 100% free and it has most of the tools from Adobe Photoshop.

Please note to re-size an image go to:
Image (top of page)
Image size
uncheck the "constrain portions" box
re-size to 24x24 pixels

This can be used the same as photoshop so have fun with it. Hope you find this useful
