I Really would like to have a choice when you make your character to choose between 2 servers easy or hard mode, hard mode being without the increases (Exp, Sxp, Gold, Ect) or a very small increase.

Would you like to see this?

The server population is small enough as it is, not to mention the cost involved for hosting it. I don't mind the idea but can't see it ever happening

My question is... why? Without the increases? So you want a RETAIL server again? Where you have to grind... for months just to hit lvl 30? Where you get virtually no exp for killing mobs? Where you can't get items that well cause drop rates are gone? If this was made it would be like retail. Why go back to retail style game play after Sedy worked so hard to make this all possible?

also to agree with the above. That would cost twice as much as sedy is paying now to host the server... I'm sorry just no. But hey if it does happen enjoy probably being the only one on there.

I don't think it would be that popular with most players. Players of private servers have come to expect an easier ride compared to retail servers and usually the server needs to make these kinds of rate changes to be competitive with the retail server if it still exists, or other private servers. This couldn't be more true than with Iris Online since the retail server rates were just horrible. It took so long to level a character, most players tired of the game long before they reached max level. Also there was really no content in retail, so it made sense for them to keep players grinding their levels forever to hide the fact that there wasn't really much to do once they hit the level cap :P

Adding a new server with the reduced rates wouldn't really work with such a small population, but I have seen some games that allow you to choose your rates when you make a new character. I'm not exactly sure how they work but I guess it just adds some permanent hidden buff to your character that reduces or increases rates of experience gain, money etc. It's quite possible to do that with our server but I'm not really sure it's worth spending time developing such a thing, but it will be interesting to see the results of your poll.

This server is nice coz u can play with max gear, figure out how to play with skill. Not wasting ur time with killing mobs whole days just for lvl ing. If u like to killing mobs or lvl ing why u don't make new alts?? Yea keep make new alts if u like playing with mobs
