Hi. just a few hours ago i can play this fab game, now everytime i login, it seems like im stuck in limbo, like forever lagging and screen not showing any toons, and then after a few minutes i get disconnected. i already power cycled everything including the router, my pc set up is for gaming and my net speed is at 3mbps . . . im not sure if theres an application in my pc thats causing the problem idk, anyone who can help me with this please.

Hi ahmad,
I just checked your account and it seems fine. It might just be the internet connection between you and us - give it half an hour or so and try again?

You can maybe check the Windows task manager and see if anything is running in the background and eating up your bandwidth. Some games have downloaders that run in the background, even after you close the game - one of the more common ones is called Pando Media Booster or something similar - Pando something anyway.
