why my iris said download patch error?
how can i fix it ?

    Try running the IrisLauncher.exe as Administrator.
    If that doesn't help, reboot your modem/router, preferably leaving it off the power for a few minutes so you get a new IP address.

    Hello! I think you should use a program for IP hiding but I don't know exactly, maybe you can try some online programs. Tell me if you succeed.
