I've seen a topic from where a player asks where to get the Pandan Friend title. It says that the quest chain starts in Ursadine Highlands with the quest from Keyless Hamilton (or idk what the name is) that is named "Diplomat". When I went there, it's not there. I thought that i had taken the quest and I don't know what to do next. Can someone be a sport and post a Pandan Friend Quest Chain for me ? And for everyone that is looking for it ?

Speak to Keyless Hamilton to start the chain quest. The first quest is called Diplomacy - available from level 63+.

Even though the chain starts at 63, you need to be 67 or 68 to finish the entire chain iirc.
If you did Diplomatic Ceasefire as soon as it became available then you where likely 1 level short of being able to take Enemy's Strategy from Odin Kramers (auctioneer near Prince Shilly in Terminus). Which I think is where most people get stuck on it. -
