If you have a problem with SP then i suggest not maxing your buffs first, especially in Shaman trees. Things like:
Magical Ascension
Magical Amplifier
Sacred Prayer
Ancient Knowledge
Flexibility
Those alone save you 15 SP

Magic Arrow and Magic Whip can remain lvl 1. You dont need to increase it to the 2nd trees unless you really want that extra teleport and deplete (pvp). Ignore the rest of Arcane tree completely. You can save like 20 SP from that lol.

Both wind and fire skills are necessary. Id suggest focusing on the main combo. Tempest Shock (max this), Spear, Barrage and Typhoon along with fire skills Combustion, Pyre Arrow, Exploding Barrage, Explosive Blast and Armageddon. The reason why Tempest Shock should be maxed is cause in Sorc tree, its your main -Def skill. Also get Exposure from Shaman tree =D

Honestly I cant post a build without knowing how much your SP is. And most of the skills will be locked if youre not lvl 85+
Even then, the SP you get is way more than necessary to get a good build for skills.

Hey, Thanks and what if i go with only Arcane Skill tree xD (just for fun ... will i be powerful enough to kill a boss ? or an enemy ?[at lvl like 40-50] xD ?)?

Arcane only lasts till Warlock tree and doesnt have enough dmg since its the neglected tree. So uhh
not really XD Theres only like 3 attack skills on that tree + 2 teles I guess its okay.....??? Most of your attack will be normal hit if thats the case LOL. Arcane has high CD too.

If you add Sorc ones, its 2 more attacks. Highly unreliable and you cant unlock Sorc tree since it would require points around 40 or so to unlock. I dont see why lol. If youre lvl 40 its not much of a big deal yet XD Youd still need to unlock loads of skills
