Ah yeah, you need to make a character in game first before you could vote.
When you vote, it rewards you with Scrub Tears. Its a type of currency ingame where you can buy some pretty good stuff like mapmove scrolls, costumes, mounts etc.

But yeah you need a character made first and connected to your forum...before you can vote XD
Not sure if this was it but, you can go to your http://noscrubs.net/community/profile/edit after the game downloads and you made a character with an In-game-name.

THen go to the Iris Online tab, and put the character name there. Then ya can vote . Rewards you get go into your Giftbox in game.

Starter packs *thinks* As you level you get loads of stuff via mailbox really.
Theres also daily gifts and slot machines that reward ya items.

Im not too good with melee classes but most of them have good def.
Hybrid's Warrior/Berserker/Vanquisher line is burst dmg, high hp, purely phys
Hybrid's Warrior/Barbarian/Myrmidon line is debuffing, pvper with both magic and phys attacks
Human's Fighter/Gladiator/Crusader line mostly dot based burning HP. higher def. Usually pvp
Human's Fighter/Mercenary/SoulBlader line have high att speed, loads of att, good ropes for pve.

If i was to choose...Myrm and SB are quite good honestly. But thats just me XD Id rather you play and try them all
