How can I create a new game account?

I can't find this form. Can you give me an explicit reference? "http://noscrubs.net/community/my-account/irisaccount/create-new-iris-account" redirects me on the dashboard.

    There are no more separate game accounts. To make a new iris account, you need to make a new forum account & log in (both forum and iris) using that forum account.

    Yeh what Spunny says is correct. Website and game accounts are one in the same now.
    Can you tell me where you found that link so I can remove it?
