How to lvl one guild?

Sice when i became the Faroferos' guild leader (not my main...but my sage "Cronos"), i want know how to lvl it... there 2 month +/- the guild's exp bar don't move a millimeter (ok, this guild is focused to Brazilians, but havent problem if other player want join, and i want make it a active guild...).

Anyone have one tip to me? its lvl 45 yet and i want lvl then :c

Members give the guild experience as they acquire it (from killing monsters only, quest exp rewards do not count towards guild gain), I cannot remember the actual percentage off-hand though...

The other method is by using guild experience gotten tokens from a few sources (Circus Hard, Vortex, Scrubs Mighties NPC), can't remember if there are any more, I'm sleepy T_T
