Is there a way to do dungeons at level appropriate times?

I used to play a lot about a year ago and stopped playing because I couldn't find a team in the right level to do dungeons. Like the circus one, everyone just said to wait until I was high enough level to solo it, but that didn't really sound like fun. Has the game gotten any new characters lately, that want to team up at lower levels and do quests and dungeons together? Or is this still really only a soloer game until high levels?

The dungeon asspects of the game were slightly changed recently. Circus Normal. Liaoha Normal, Wood Garden Normal and Decomus normal are now able to be solo'd by the level you get the quests. If i'm not mistaken at least. However hard mode dungeons are the same as they were needing a party

Mostly ppl will jump that's low lvl dungeon for lvl ing, unless u can find high lvl ppl to help u. It's easy lvl up in this games, that's why mostly ppl will suggest u to lvl up first

Before the low level dungeon changes a few updates back, sure, but now it makes more sense to do them, they give a lot of experience and the chance of items. It also teaches the mechanics of the dungeon bosses, making it much easier when you do the hard and insane versions later on.
