Guild levels go up to lvl 150? Idek for sure but our guild now is 122. Thats already 37 levels above the character cap. Meaning 74 skill points more to blow on GuildSkills.

Higher levelled guilds invest on everything equally. Though some skills like HP/MP Regen (which gives a very low passive) are ignored to save on points. ALso guidls only invest on +Guild Member skills when they really get no more slots, so they expand.

Other better passives, which are Tier 2 and Tier 3 in your guild skill windows are usually maxed out by the time you reach maybe level 60--75 as a guild? Somewhere around there, Im lazy to compute. But theres no "builds" for guilds if youre a high levelled guild anymore, simply put. You can afford to place points in everything already.

Unless Sedy expands on the skill passives again =) Then there would be building.

Not to come off mean but you are wrong I see Points being used by more than one guild on phases when there is still other points to be used on stats even if the stats are little and yes there are other increases besides the recovery that are not gotten at least not right away b/c of that wastefulness.

I can not say for sure on high levels or not but in the mean time stats > shiny

^^;; Well back to the original question. If you're looking for guilds that have the highest stats, check the guild rankings. Mostly you'll be fine if they're higher than level 70. We also can't see how other guilds have allocated their points, so you'd have to ask a guild member if you want to know about their skill allocation.

As to the wastefulness, that's up to the guild leader to choose the allocation. Some may not care too much about stats since the guild may be casual in general.

Well if youre looking for guild names with "builds" XD Then look for guilds in the guild rankings around lvl 60 below.
Generally when a new guild levels up the guild leader will not put any on phases since its only for decoration anyway.

But if youre forcing the issue of builds, as a leader of a higher levelled guild, I assure you, we have all skills we need and loads of points to spare.
