So why dont we make it worth joining, I'm well aware about BF points using like a currency to buy some stuffs and yeah I admit most of those things are worthy. What I'm trying to suggest is to give some player a Vanity and a bit insentive like there will be a BF-KING or QUEEN (just an awful title example ) with an icon next to its IGN to show to the whole server 
something to entitled a player. A point system that can acquire from joining BF match that will be reset every week and will pass to whoever gets worthy of being BF-King or BF-Queen(again.. just an example ) or you can also add some exclusive buffs (like: +10% bf exp or +100 attack or +30 droprate) ofc effective to the title holder while he/she has that crown or something. A weekly reset is quite good so everyone can catch up and try to steal the crown in case they decide to start joining BF matches later on. That would be fun and motivating.

It's quite dead lately, not much PKs. Most of us are well aware that Nereus doesn't give items that would make players get into PK maps. Well maybe its time to add up some cool items for Nereus to give us(players) or make a new world Boss. Another suggestion is "again" PKpoint system that will be worth getting for. I have this feeling you're working about something like this (I cant remember the word, space point? lol too lazy to check something you said about points that you will implement soon).
Anyway.. Server is back so I'll leave this crazy thoughts with you guys.
and for those who hate PVP/PK please try not to hate me for bringing this up. you will have a +30% drop rate so go try joining PVP activities and have fun never forget NoScrubs is allowed!
and I'm just making a point to get rid of boredom and to put in action all those hard works I did for gearing up my Character. Lets just all enjoy on what will the server brings upon us later.

I totally agree with you, on the other game I play battlestar galactica if your in the top 5 for either PVP or tournaments (which for us would be BF) you get a little emblem next to your name . 1 to show people who they should aim for and 2 actually makes the pvp stuff more exciting that they need to work for something, cause yeah in BF they work for armor and acc but in PK well ive been on this server from the very start and PVP died long time ago which is sad, so maybe with something to show off next to your name might make peeps more inclined to be like yeah I want that . or even like being in the top 5 or which ever you receive 50 tears or food or pots a week or something im sure putting food into it will make peeps try hard then

What slowed down the competition was that some classes got put on far higher tier than others. Everyone then flocks to those classes, but unfortunately, those classes versus each other makes for very annoying boring fights... So no pvp >_> There has been steps and plans to balance the game more and when that happens you're see more jobs and pvp will be popular again -

nice POV but the thing is lots of people left due to boredom, most of those who left are PVP addicts its not like we're moving too fast well this is just a suggestion and I'm well aware you knew that, its just we need to move fast before more players give up and join those who already left. "well we can keep on voting to help increase population" but it may be the same thing if new players see whats going on and cant find their reason to stay with us, what im telling is more about short term goal to boost up our mood as well as showing new players that the server have something for their goal too And about some classes having High tier than other classes.... yeah somehow I agree, but it will always be unbalanced bc players will always find a way to cover up their weaknesses and that's quite natural. About what you said to making the game balance first.. by implementing this suggestion we (NS-IRIS players) will test and see things in actual therefore we can as well cry out loud to something unfair that we will see later, which could help the admins to determined the main reason why the game is not balanced. Another good thing is "the weekly reset of the crown holder" means everyone will catch up and try to win the crown. Its not like BFpoints that will stay forever if unused. As you can see its hard to get on leaderboards list if you just started now bc the points are not dropping down unless you use it. Thats the main reason of weekly reset, for everyone to catch up

Any names in particular that I can check because I just checked a bunch of names from BF and PK rank table and all of them have been online recently. Both ranks include players online in the past 30 days.
I'm not sure I would ever start resetting battlefield points. People would go mad if their points reset and considering they are used as a currency, it wouldn't be a good idea.
Chaos points on the other hand, we can certainly reset since they are useless anyway. I made an automatic PK event in the past where the top players could claim a reward from an NPC in Terminus. It's still there actually, next to the BF vendors. People cried so much about that event though that we never bothered activating it again. They felt it promoted PKing players that were trying to level amongst other things and then there were the people that multiboxed to kill their alts, or their friends which caused even more whining.
I don't know if you noticed, but when I added the Tarot Stall points, I also added something called Fame points. It's something I plan to add where you get points for doing certain things, like winning a battlefield or completing an insane dungeon for example. The player with the most Fame points would get a buff of some sort and a marker above them to show they are the most famous on the server. Not sure what else yet, its still an idea really. -

I really dont like pointing finger to anyone and My apologies, I might be wrong since I dont share same playtime schedule with everyone in the server.
-About the resetting BFpoints- ofc not I'm sure everyone will be disappointed if you will, haha including me. What I mean to suggest is a new Points that will only determine for who will be the "Crown Holder for 1 week" but not a points that can be use as a currency. Crown should not be permanent but will only last for a week until the system determines the New "Crown Holder". so basically this kind of points I'm talking about will be reset weekly and cannot be used to anything else. And like I said Buffs are great to be a reward while holding the Crown, In this case they wouldn't be much crying because its just a buffs NOT LIKE ANY ITEMS that must have, also it will only last for a week until someone is being more worthy of holding it. NOT PERMANENT is something like NOT MUCH REASON to MAKE OTHERS CRY . Maybe thats what happened about the "Past PK Event", the "reward NPC" may be giving too valuable stuffs to make people more whine and brag about something.
-about PK- hmmmm yah Point system and reward for PK can be easy to abuse. And another yes for Admitting my mistake if ever I offended anyone if it occurs to any of you that I'm promoting PK(or some called bullying others).
Senior Sedy, try to adapt my Ideas about BF thing and maybe you could merge it with your "Fame points" idea but please not about dungeons or going against monsters haha, have mercy for fluffy lovely monsters

I do like this idea actually and it's actually funny that you mentioned crowns because I have some awesome crown models that I have been wanting to use for something for ages. I was going to make some titles with them or even use them for the leader buffs in battlefields but I guess I'll be saving them for this instead
So I'm thinking. If possible, I will make it so that the winning battlefield team members all get +1 point and maybe even make the losing team get -1 point. The points will stack up until the end of the week, lets say Friday at Midnight and the player with the most points will get a buff with the Crown floating above their character until the next reset and winner on the following Friday. Not sure what the buff would give at the moment but probably a bonus to battlefield points? -

A bonus to battlefield points is actually great, but that would only benefits the BF addicts. How about something like boost damage (e.g. +30% damage to dungeon mobs) but only takes effect to dungeon monsters. So those who loves farming and spamming dungeons will find find a reason/interest on joining BF. Another thing is maybe a buff that will add multiplier on crafting food/pot/card it would be also be a great reason for "heavy material farmer" to join BF. lol keeping all players in touch. This could be a great way to make players having difference about interest to interact in one great thing.

wanna make battlefield alive? then just add bf points to moolah something similar to what you did in aion with abyss points to ....(couldnt remember the name of the aion coin) like 100k+ bf points to 1moolah or giving better stats to bf gears mounts etc so ppl would actually have something to farm in bf cuss really at least when i have logged in bf is dead -

I will be adding some more stuff to the Honor Crown buff in the next update. At the moment it's 30% Battlefield Points and I will likely add some +PvP Damage and +Defense or something.
I'm also working on a Battlefield Kill Streak system and might do the same for PK too. It will count your kill streaks and reward you at a certain point. PK kills will also be IP checked since I see a lot of people killing their alts in the logs :P -

Yeah crowns would be awesome and if I can be honest as everyone will know I pk everyone I see so levelling or not if your in a pvp map then you should always be on guard cause a lot of the pvp died cause people were to (no offence) but cry baby like where aww you killed me I'll hold it against you which is why many stopped playing. Me I don't care I'll kill whoever lol but yeah as stated pk used to be alive but now Its a struggle to find people lol.
As for classes being OP well it's how you play I own all classes and they are winged and to be honest it was the OP classes in the past that are now useless. I saw a beserker join DM today and they ran the whole time I mean in my 2.5 years of playing never seen a beserker be so useless and they are. Yeah all skills ITD but itd isn't that great anymore and their skills are long ass CD same with crusaders.

indeed every class is OP you just have to love your class and deal with its weakness, lacking something that is causing your class' weakness can always be cover up different ways, just need to figure it out. So about that zerk you said... maybe on his way to work it out or maybe we have to beat him so hard to boost his will-power haha. Oh btw its been ages since the last time i join BF and below so im not so sure about zerk, but if you mean Vanq, the said class is still great, I may be mean saying this but I haven't seen a PvP vanq who can play well its been 6 months since i last saw a great-vanq-player

I already made a test subject as sedy knows I've been changing classes a lot with my 85 toons and then all stat vi ing them great way to text and I full vi'd a crusader and it was sitting on 30k atk but in pvp only hit 5k or 11k itd that May seem high but the skills have 10sec minimum cd most are about 15-20 . Vanquisher would be similar to this -

It is hard to balance out classes to be honest. OP classes is identified by a small group of people who happen to play some certain classes and know HOW TO ACTUALLY play it. Then those "OP classes" become a trend and everyone play it (except for pre ITD fix Zerk/Vanq those are OP as **** 'cause massive dmg ITD).
I see a **** load of people complain about Sniper being useless and now look at the geared Sniper. They constantly silent/stun as well as eva/resis make them quite OP and super hard to hit yet to kill or SW who was *being called weak as heck*, by the minority number of people player it, now is a killing terminator. -

I do like the kill streak idea but that again is only catering to a few classes. As a Champ I very, very, very, VERY rarely die and also don't have the power to kill pvp. Is there there anyway to track I dunno... uhmmm... can we call it, "Pvp survival"? This would be for classes like Champs, Prophets, and Saints that even at the most OP levels probably won't get many kills due to little or no DPS
