Need your country to help but you might be able to use Onecard or CashU, Zong Mobile if your in Saudi, or Fanapay which I just turned on, they support many middle eastern countries, try that.

Paymentwall (the system/middle man we are using now) has gathered the most payment methods they could find.
What they do now is check the country you come from, and only show you the services that are available in your country.
So if they don't have any more options for you, maybe there aren't more available.
What country are you from? Have you checked both Wallet payments and Mobile top-up?

Best thing to use if you can use your bank account card as a normal debit card and NOT a credit card is to use Paypal for your transactions.
It's safe and instant and we can see the donations ourselves, it doesn't go through Paymentwall.
Also, Paypal has offers for people willing to buy more moolah.
