It would be delightful if others could enjoy this brand new mount.
The Windowless "Free Candy" Van also has two special abilities, which no other mount has! These abilities are available when using the mount.
First skill: [Bait]
You bait your target with free candy. Your target will be pulled towards the mount, making the target unavailable to control their character.
Second skill: [Vanish]
"Vanish" will make target dissappear for 2 minutes (120 seconds).
While the target is under the state of "Vanish", they will not be able to use any skills, write or see anything. Their game window will become dark, because the mount is obviously windowless. After 120 seconds, the target will be let out of the mount, debuffed with "Fear" for 30 seconds. The target has now permanently lost 10% of his/her stat points.

This IS a democracy, right? So what if it's dirty? It's purpose is PvP. You don't have to look all shiny and fancy to murder or kidnap people. Dirty in what way?
