Need Help On Assistant Skill

I am wondering why my assistant skill stun at 205, and it cannot go up anymore.
I am not able to find any 205 recipe.
Anyone has an idea about this?

    Specify, which exactly assistant skill it is?
    I'm guessing alchemy, which you tried to raise with tempering cards. Yes, they do not raise the skill above 205.
    Get a potion recipe (with 200 required skill), these do raise it by full 10.
