The blue aura from snowflake rod schematic is nice.

The more I look for something and try stuff the more convinced I become to just remove it altogether tbh. Some look good on some pets but not others depending on their size and how they stand and stuff - most effects look good on upright standing pets but look a bit crap on the bigger pets standing on 4 legs because the effect is either too far forwards/backwards or too small if it's in the middle of their back.
