I do know that is is not retail iris its very advanced from that. It would help the lower lvls if lvl 75 people can only pk thier level. The reason why i say this is because a level 75 vs a 69 is not fair, the level 75 has way better armor and weaponry. i can understand level 70-74 pk eachother cause the basicly have the same level armor and weaponry etc. as a level 75 cause they are not that level.
