I personally play a game where that if we PvP; either 1v1 or Guild v Guild you gain nothing but bragging rights.
It's quite fun and a lot of people actually just sit in a spot on the game and PvP all day.
(There is durability in the game so camping PvP actually makes them LOSE money instead of gain it, but yet they just sit there and PvP all day long.)
The game then every Saturday turns one of the maps into a Guild v Guild arena where any guild that paid the fee and registered before a set time can enter the map and just duke it out and at the end the guild with the most "points" gets a title that gives +10% experience until the next Guild v Guild fight.
^Most of the guilds that go to this are already high enough in levels/players that they don't really need it, and it doesn't give +10% to quest, just Mob killing.
I would find this addition quite fun, even if it did nothing to the game in gear/currency wise. Just for the simple fact people in Iris sit in Term and PvP all day anyway, and all this does to Term is increase the lag, YET again.
So why not move all the PvP to a new map, maybe on the BF servers so there is no Lag of the non PvP'ers.
This addition would be beneficial to everyone in the way that not only would it give people a place to practice for BF, practice their PvP tactics, duke it out between feuds...it also give people less lag in the game.
And I support it hundred %.
I like the idea of a New Ranking system for it.
Death Match rankings (not the BF version, but the one GM Kyle wants to implement).
-No Gain
-No way to find out who is who
-Party but no raid
-Teamwork
-Feud settling
-Less Lag in Term (and I think since Term and other maps are on the same server, the entire server all together).
Overall good idea Kyle.
