Not really. I can count on one hand the amount of times the server has crashed in the past months.
If you are referring to Glaceon disappearing, it's not because the server has crashed (other than this occasion which was indeed a server crash), it's because she is designed that way. She will spawn and wait around for a period of time and then despawn for a while. -
