Ok, i was trying to upgrade my epic pet, from one star to two.
I used an Evolution Agent got from level up.
It said the chance was 100%, but then it failed.?
So the question is, if something is 100% able to succeed,
then it should succeed, 100% of the time.
So why did my attempt fail at 100 % chance to succeed. ?
Or should it say its 99% chance to succeed and 1% chance to fail. ?

Thanks for pointing this one out - it's actually a bug/display glitch. The rate to evolve a pet for the first time is actually 80%, and the Lesser Evolution Agent increases it by 10%, to a total of 90% chance, not 100% as displayed in the Evolution window. I will have it corrected for the next update.
