Rare Taste Combat Ration Recipe

Does anyone know where I can find the Rare Taste Combat Ration Recipe? I looked at the nsDB, but it doesn't say.

Someone told me that it's from a quest at HC 2F, but I can't find it. I did all the quests on that map thinking it might need to be unlocked, but after finishing all the quests, it still doesn't show up. I'm already level 75, so did I miss that quest or would it still be available like some of the other ones?

Any help is appreciated.

My alt is making quests in HC2F. If the recipe is tradable ill give it to you, add my alt as a friend. Name is Niamh.

Thanks for the replies. I'll try farming Ho Tribe Veteran Workers to see if I'll get it.

@Ronnie: Actually, now that I think about it, I might be missing some quests at HC 2F. From what I remember from retail, shouldn't the Athelon quest (I haven't done it yet) be available no matter what level I'm at? I don't have any more quests at HC 2F... it's all done. But I didn't see a quest for the recipe.

It's a quest reward for Ho tribe Veteran from the top NPC in HC2F I think.

It drops from the Ho Tribe Veteran Workers in HCF2 I think. You'll have to farm them till you get it.
