Dear all

I have logged in game and couldn't find the NPC for wanted papers for leveling. It wasn't beside the medal NPC it used to. Has it moved to others places or removed? Tried looking around in town but couldn't find it except the notice board quest. Would appreciate some guidance..hehe thanks in advance!

You can get this quest from board on locations.
