Hi, im really sorry for the noob question but well its better than make the math all over again xD
The moolah costume upper (for example) gives 5% heal.... is it 5% of my base heal of 300 (with no buffs, gear, title, etc) or its 5% heal of my total heal of ~9000 (buffed, etc)?
Same question, when we get like wings with 10% to all stats, its 10% of the all stats in white-text from our character window, or from the total green-text stats?
I know it might sound silly but as far as i know the movement speed effect is usually using base speed of 500 (i guess) so im not sure if with the other stats happens the same...

% mv = 450 x %increase + 450
Other stuff % increase in my opinion works like this:
(Stat base + Item's stat)x% + (Stat base + item's stat)
Set effect might be different adding. I dont know if it % increase work on them too. As far as I know, the %increase works on base items stat + base stat of yourself.
