Mercs:
- make it up to 30% chance or less chance for ignore def to proc. 50% chance for ignore def buff to proc is OP in my opinion. If a merc's ignore def procs, it gives them i think 20sec duration of ignore def active. If it procs again within the 20sec duration, the duration will just reset. And the skill just have a 5sec cooldown. I think they can fight bosses with ignore def buff active all the time, if they are a little lucky.
-ignore for now as sedy said

Hit Rate:
- increase hit rate of bosses to prevent the tanks going full evasion, giving knights/guardian-healer combo the time to shine in group pve
- or nerf evasion, any of the two

Damage Absorb:
- if you're removing damage absorb cards, might as well remove also the consumables that give damage absorb
- trans with damage absorb are ok because they can't use their class's skills if they transform

MP regeneration:
I think all classes have no issues with their MP especially healers. This makes mp pots only useful when you die because only then will you need to restore your mp back from 0. For me, it's much fun to not only manage your hp but also your mp especially during pvp.

Suggestion:
Increase MP Usage of all skills and/or reduce mp regeneration
