soul's essence

Is there anyway that soul's essence can drop outside of pk maps? I know it's been like this since retail but since it's a production mat and constantly going into pk maps to farm it or asking someone to come with, I thought I'd just throw it out there to see for a change.

i believe Soul Essence does drop outside of PVP map. Like Sandfall Desert and Pandan Cove. I know they have before unless that was removed.

But why not make a lower character so that you can farm the Soul Essence. Drop rate on those is a lot more. Here is a hint for you (and everyone else) Forest Lizards in Frozen Nest seems to ME to drop more Soul Essence. But I could be wrong.

Again, if you want to farm it and not have to buy, make a lower level to do the job for you.
