It's difficult to say really. Some of our players or potential new players may prefer to play this reimagining of Iris Online, so we could lose some of our playerbase - but it could also bring new players that didn't know about the real original Iris Online and want to try it.

I already tried their first round of testing. The initial beta build is really outdated with nothing new at all — it’s probably just to stress-test the servers. I might still check it out later, but judging by how it is right now, I honestly don’t find it interesting at all. I’d definitely still prefer staying over here!

im not talking about the game tho. If they work on it ofc it will get better. For now they just have the original iris stuff. U know ns has launched for more than 10yrs thats why its new and a lot of dungeons. The way to get technical support is outdated as hell there. They have so much to work on i would say
But anyway, would def better than a ghost town in ns. If they have more players, i might go with it

It’s unlikely to attract a large number of players, I reckon. Their official group only has around a hundred people so far—no official game group is ever this small. Let’s wait and see how they promote it later on
